Coronado Hotel Up for Sale as Elderly Low-Income Residents are Kicked Out

Downtown Development Corp. of Arizona, in violation of their their contract (Number 0493-90), will remove the low income residents of the Coronado Hotel and place the property on sale to developers for $680,000.00.
