Recently, Gifford's YouTube channel subscribed to Jared Lee Loughner's YouTube channel.
Other sources are stating that Loughner had previously worked on Gifford's campaign, which suggests some sort of a relationship.
Fox News (Gack) is reporting the discovery of a neat package of evidence discovered in a safe in Loughner's house. It includes a letter stating his intent to assassinate Gabrielle Giffords and a form letter from Giffords to the shooter. All YouTube videos on Loughner's channel were posted within the last three months.

So far, the most suspicious part of this event is the way the authorities are attempting to exploit it.
