Con Ed Employee Knew WTC 7 would collapse one hour before it happened

Cryptome

Below, is a link to a 9/11 Commission memorandum obtained by Cryptome.org, regarding Con Edison, which provided electricity for New York City on September 11th.  Con Ed employees were dispatched to the World Trade Center (WTC) following the attacks to cut power and protect the city's electrical grid.

Of significance-- "...at 4:15 p.m., Con Ed employee Fred Sims had spoken to the fire department and told Con Ed headquarters that they thought WTC 7 would collapse."

  1. I'm not sure if this is indicative of foreknowledge or if they assessed the building after many explosives had gone off and thought it was weakened.
