 – Are Geo-Engineers playing God with our weather? That question and many others will be pondered during three days of discussion centered on science, action plans and solutions at the Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails Conference to be held from August 17 – 19, 2012, at the historic 1250+ seat Ebell Theater in Los Angeles – a suitably grand venue for the largest gathering against Geo-Engineering & Chemtrails in history. The conference will feature the premiere of Michael Murphy’s new film, “Why in The World Are They Spraying?”

The CBC conference is also a fundraiser for Morgellons Research, as all net proceeds will go to helping two leading groups acquire the equipment they need to further study this disease and not be dependent on outside lab testing.

The subject matter of this weekend long event will focus on an issue that is increasingly becoming a concern to many citizens – it’s called Geo-Engineering and is associated with what is commonly referred to as “Chemtrails.”

As scientists try to deal with some of the most crucial environmental issues of our time, many are embracing the idea of controlling the weather and some have even gone as far as to suggest that spraying heavy metals in the atmosphere may help reduce global warming. This “playing God” scenario is also being pushed by corporations and governments – all supposedly for the betterment of mankind. In recent years, extremely elevated levels of aluminum, barium, strontium and other metallic elements have been found California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and other regions of the northwestern U.S. and southwestern Canada. Could this be the result of such weather modification that is already taking place? And if so, why haven’t the citizens in these areas been told of such activities?

Is anyone concerned about the effects of these toxins on humans and animals –not to mention our food and water supplies? Examining the global implications of such weather modifications at the Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails Conference will be a dynamic roster of speakers that include weather experts, scientists, whistleblowers, researchers, philosophers, filmmakers and journalists.

MICHAEL J. MURPHY – Filmmaker, political activist and President of The Coalition Against Geo-Engineering. His work includes Co-Producing the groundbreaking documentary “What in the World Are They Spraying?” and several other short films that address Chemtrails/Geo-engineering and other controversial political issues. His latest film “Why in the World Are They Spraying” will make its world premiere at the conference.

CLIFFORD CARNICOM – Founder and President of the Carnicom Institute, a non-profit research and educational organization that is devoted to environmental and health issues. Clifford has worked as a technical research scientist supporting analysis and development of major Department of Defense physical and weapons modeling systems, with extensive computer programming and system application development experience. He has held a Top Secret/SCI clearance. He was appointed for and completed two years of intensive graduate level studies in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and geodesy under the auspices of the Department of Defense.

DANE WIGINGTON – Dane’s background is in renewable energy; he was formerly employed with Bechtel Power Corp.  His personal residence (off grid) was the cover article on the world’s largest  renewable energy magazine. Dane is a land investor and preservationist (set aside almost 2000 acres of key habitat area adjacent to Lake Shasta as “wildlife preserve” USDA and  CAL-Fire agencies helped fund the enhancement of this preserve).  Dane is the founder of “GeoengineeringWatch.org”.

JEFFREY M SMITH – Jeffrey M. Smith is the leading consumer advocate promoting healthier non-GMO food choices. He the author of “Seeds of Deception,” the bestselling and #1 rated book on the health dangers of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Jeffrey Smith has counseled leaders from every continent, and influenced the first state laws in the United States regulating GMOs. He is the executive director of the Institute for Responsible Technology, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization based in Iowa.

LEUREN MORET – She has conducted research concerning the impact on the health of the environment and global public health from atmospheric testing, nuclear power plants, and depleted uranium. She has helped collect and measure radiation in 6,000 baby teeth from children living around nuclear power plants, and helped The State of Louisiana (USA) pass the first state depleted uranium bill for mandatory testing of soldiers. She is also a Livermore
nuclear weapons lab whistleblower, an Environmental Commissioner in the City of Berkeley, and testifies as a depleted uranium expert in the documentary film, “Beyond Treason.”

LAURA EISENHOWER – Cosmic Mythologist, Global Alchemist and is the great-granddaughter of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. He will present the best documented evidence of the Chemtrails cover-up as the reporter who actually broke the story can only do.

DR. WIL SPENCER – Naturopath, VMSP, Author and Researcher. His work extends into investigative research and education regarding human and environmental health. Wil’s work with the Carnicom Institute and the Morgellons Research Group is aligned with his interests in air quality and geo-engineering as well as human and environmental protection and planetary health.

ALFRED LAMBREMONT WEBRE – Futurist and author of Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe. She was the Chair of the first global climate change conference in Maine (2006); and was one of 40 Americans invited to Washington, D.C. (2007), to discuss the health implications of environmental pollutants. She has written numerous articles on the Geo-engineered aerosol toxins and their impact on our deteriorating health and how this is also destroying our planet’s web of life.

DEBORAH J. WHITMAN – Founder and President of a nonprofit organization called Environmental Voices that provides research and education about toxic chemicals and how they affect our health and the environment. Deborah is also an award-wining photographer, writer and a documentary filmmaker. The first documentary she produced was “Sky Lines” which documents the Northern California grass-roots’ movement to expose the health and environmental impacts of geo-engineering programs. She is currently conducting research for two other documentaries titled, “Our Dead and Dying Trees” and “Our Toxic World”. They are both about how toxic Chemicals around the world are destroying our planet earth and all living things that inhabit it.

SCOTT STEVENS – Award winning television weatherman who, a decade ago, began investigating the claims of Lt. Col Tom Bearden that North America was being subjected to full time weather modification. During the course of that personal investigation he was the first on-air television weatherman to discover, through time-lapse photography, the primary reason for the now global Chemtrails phenomenon. He is now a principle alchemist with Blue Water Alchemy in their global project to bring about a shift of the human consciousness in concert with events surrounding 2012.

FRANCIS MANGELS – Professor and master gardener, growing gardens in the Pacific Northwest for 50 years. With a BS degree in Forestry and MS degree in Zoology, Francis also has expertise in many conservation and natural resource subjects: soils, geology, botany, bugs, fish, agriculture, range, wildlife, and conservation management. Francis retired as the district biologist for Mt. Shasta-McCloud USFS in 2008, where he did range, wildlife, botany, mushrooms, fisheries, and other input to timber sales and other natural resource projects for 35 years. He also was a USDA Soil Conservationist for the Soil Conservation Service and served farms, ranches, orchards, and gardens.

ALLAN BUCKMANN – President, co-founder and a principal partner of Microbe Tech, Inc. a bio-restoration company featuring clean-up of contaminated soils and waters using natural beneficial microbe formulas. In 2002 Allan recognized and verified the cloud creation program by jets which were creating cirri form clouds almost daily. Thus began a 9 year investigation into weather modification programs and their effects on the natural system. In 2007 he presented his findings at the United Nations NGO Conference on Global Warming in New York concerning jet clouds, tree death and cleaning up pollution with microbes.

SOFIA SMALLSTORM –  Her website AboutTheSky.com explores the many angles of the global aerosol program. With several years of research under her belt, the Big Picture of Chemtrails has been the subject of her more recent radio interviews and speaking engagements.
