Spanish lawyer Danial Foil filed a case against U.S President Barack Obama at the International Criminal Court (ICC). He accused him of committing crimes against humanity when he ordered the assassination of Osama Bin-Laden, the leader of al-Qaeda.

The Daily Telegraph reported that Foil filed a complaint to the ICC, claiming that the U.S President violated the Geneva Agreement when he gave orders to the American troops to kill Bin-Laden.

In his complaint, the lawyer said that Bin-Laden should have been prosecuted and not killed for the crimes that he committed.

"I have not been paid to defend al-Qaeda," said Foil

The Daily Telegraph said the former British Prime Minister, Toni Blair, said he would not hesitate to order killing Bin-Laden if he had the opportunity to do so.
